S8 APP — Property Glossary CRM
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This policy explains how S8 APP (Property Glossary CRM), available through e-broker.appkirana.com, handles information when you use the mobile app and related web services.
1. Information used by the service
Account and profile information includes the name, email address, mobile number, profile image, state, city, postal code, partner code and GST details that you provide, where applicable. We process login credentials and verification information to authenticate you.
CRM information includes property listings, addresses and map coordinates, owner and prospect contact details, requirements, notes, reminders, activities, and images, videos or documents that you add. Only add other people's information when you are authorized to use it for your business.
Subscription information includes your selected plan, usage counts, payment amount, payment status and transaction references. Online payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, such as Razorpay, according to that provider's privacy policy.
Technical information can include app version, device or session information, IP addresses, request logs and activity records used to operate the service, investigate errors and protect accounts.
2. How information is used
We use this information to create and manage accounts, provide property and prospect management, display maps, schedule reminders, store and synchronize supported workspace records, process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, provide support and investigate misuse. Email and other enabled communication services may process contact details to deliver verification codes and service messages.
3. Device permissions and local storage
Camera, photo, video and file access support the images and attachments you choose to capture, select, save or share. Location access supports property map pins and address features when you use them. Notification permission supports reminders. You can change permissions in your device settings; features that require a denied permission may be unavailable.
The app stores session information, local CRM records and media on your device. Some individual-user records are managed locally, while online workspace features send records to the backend. Exported backups, files saved to your gallery and copies you share are stored outside the app's account records and must be managed separately.
4. Sharing and service providers
Workspace records may be available to authorized members and administrators according to their access permissions. Hosting, email, payment and map services process information needed to provide their features. Map and address services may receive network information and the location or search details needed for your request.
When you choose WhatsApp or another sharing app, the selected text, images and documents are passed to that app. Its privacy policy applies to those copies. Check the attachments and recipients before sending; deleting a record here does not remove copies already received by someone else. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to investigate security incidents.
5. Storage, security and retention
Account authentication and access controls help restrict access to information. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Protect your device, account credentials and exported backups.
Information is stored on your device or the service's systems as needed for the features you use. When an account is deleted, its profile, credentials, login sessions, device tokens, private preferences and direct workspace membership are removed. Shared workspace records may remain available to other authorized members. Payment, fraud-prevention, security and audit records may be retained only when reasonably required for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or security purposes, with the account link removed where possible. Server backups expire through the normal backup-retention cycle.
6. Account closure and deletion requests
Use the Delete Account option in the app or visit https://e-broker.appkirana.com/delete-account to initiate a request using your registered email address or mobile number. The website saves your request and displays a reference number for follow-up. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on it.
The in-app Delete Account action permanently deletes the server account after you confirm your registered email address or mobile number. For website requests, an administrator verifies ownership before completing the request; completion deletes the matched account and clears the email/mobile stored with the request. Shared workspace records and legally required records may be retained only as described above. Copies in your gallery, exported backups and files already shared through other apps must be removed separately. Uninstalling the app alone does not request server-side account deletion.
7. Your choices and contact
You can update available profile fields, manage device permissions and contact support about access, corrections, deletion or privacy concerns. Write to support@appvyapar.com and include enough information to identify your account. Do not send passwords, OTPs or complete payment credentials.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as service features or data practices change. The current version and its update date are published on this page and made available through the app.
